What to ExpectThe Everyone Conference 2026 is River City's first conference, exploring God's vision for a diverse and unified church. Through talks, stories, and practical insights from members of our church family, we'll consider how the church can faithfully welcome, love, and serve people from every background and circumstance. Join us for a day of encouragement, learning, and fellowship.
❋ The VisionAs a church, our purpose is to reveal the manifold wisdom of God (Ephesians 3:10) by being a diverse and unified body (1 Corinthians 12:12–27). We believe this means welcoming everyone who calls our area home, regardless of their background or circumstances. The richness of this diversity brings great joy, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to grow together as God's family.
❋ OverviewThroughout the conference, you'll hear from people across our church community with different backgrounds, experiences, and roles. Together we'll explore how the local church can better serve, include, and love those Jesus has called us to live alongside.
❋ Booking is EssentialThe conference is free to attend, but spaces are limited, so we encourage you to book early.
❋ Children’s provisionChildren's provision will be available for children aged 3 years to Year 6, with limited places available.
❋ A taste of our diversityLunch and refreshments will celebrate the diversity of cuisines represented in our church family. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when you register.
We can't wait to welcome you on Saturday 26 September 2026 for a conference we truly hope is for Everyone.

Please do prepare questions for the panels, and if possible send them to us in advance of the day by emailing john@rivercityhull.co.uk
Parking
The Conference will take place at our church building, The Well, on the Mount Retail Park. We have our own parking spaces at the side of our unit, which requires you to drive around to the back of the Retail Park. When you approach the mini-roundabout at the entrance to the retail park, do not turn into the main car park, but take the 2nd exit (straight on) and head down the side of the Asda Supermarket. Then take the left turn at the back of Asda and drive down the service road. Our car parking spaces are at the far end. Parking is free for 3 hours, but we have a QR code you can scan to grant you 24 hours free parking.
Dietary Requirements
Please make sure that you have informed us of any dietary requirements you might have, and if you are bringing children it would be really helpful to know if they have any additional needs so that we can make sure they are cared for effectively.
For Questions and Enquiries-
If you have any questions regarding the Conference please email anna@rivercityhull.co.uk and we will do our best to answer them.
